Open Picture >> Add New Layer(Name=Drop) >>Drew The "Elliptical Marquee" selection Tool & need drop size >> Select Gradient Tool >> Select Black/White Gradient  >> Select "Radial Gradient" >> New Layer(Name=Drop) change mode >> Chose overlay mode >> New Layer(Name=Drop) double click 
>> Select "Inner Shadow "
               >> Blend Mode "Linear Burn"
               >> Opacity "40%"
               >> Angle "(-30%)"  ⌷ Use Global Light (Not Select)
               >> Distance "2%"
               >> Choke "0%"
               >> Size "5%"

>> Select "Drop Show" 
               >> Blend Mode "Linear Burn"
               >> Opacity "30%"
               >> Angle "(127%)"  ⌷ Use Global Light (Not Select)
               >> Distance "10%"
               >> Choke "0%"
               >> Size "14%"
Click ok >> Add a New Layer(Name=High Light) 
             >> Background Color = Black
             >> Forward Color =  White
Select Brush Tool >>
              >> Size "8 px" or your chose
              >> Hardnes "90%"
Drew Brush tool in "Water Drop" & need your size
              >> Group on New two layer 
New Layer(Name=Drop)+New Layer(Name=High Light)
>> Many copy this group layer & customize water drop.
